Google’s Pixel help page lists the checks: remove the case or screen protector to see if responsiveness improves, take off gloves, peel off any stickers over the screen or sensors and make sure the screen is clean. Touch screen settings that change how taps register
Problem: taps register as long presses, or the page selects text when you only meant to tap.
The Touch & hold delay is too short for how you tap
Open your device’s Settings app, tap Accessibility, then Touch & hold delay, and choose Short, Medium or Long. Google’s accessibility page says that if you accidentally touch and hold when you intend to tap, a longer delay can help.

When only the game tab misbehaves
Problem: every other page responds, and one title freezes.

Close the tab, reopen the lobby and pick the title again. Close inactive tabs too, since every open tab asks more of the phone. If the title still stalls, open the studio’s list on the JILI games page to confirm you are opening the right title, and report the fault through the Support tab on the lobby.
