666JILI Responsible Gaming: 21+, Limits and Help Lines
666JILI responsible gaming starts with one rule: every page on this site is written for readers aged 21 and over. Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and the odds in every game are built to keep more than they return. The rest of this page tells you who may play, how to keep a session small and where to call when it stops being small.
Who may play: 21 and over
PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page lists the people who are prohibited from gambling, and it names persons under 21 years of age first. It also lists government officials and employees, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, persons in the National Database of Restricted Persons and employees of licensees. PAGCOR says the prohibition covers playing on any online gaming platform.
If you are under 21, or you fall in one of those groups, close this site. Nothing here is written for you.
Keep each session small
PAGCOR’s page prints four reminders: gambling is not a source of income, set time limits for each session, never borrow money or use all of your resources, and do not chase losses.
A limit works when you set it before you play. Here is a worked example with round numbers: a monthly entertainment amount of ₱2,000 split over four weekends is ₱500 a weekend. When the ₱500 is gone, the weekend is over.
- Choose the amount before you open the lobby.
- Choose a stop time and set a phone timer.
- Write both down where you can see them.
- Leave when either one arrives, win or lose.
The spending limit page covers this in full. No limit tool is shown on the lobby before login, so after login look on the Profile screen and ask through the Support tab.
Warning signs
PAGCOR’s page lists these signs of problem gambling: betting more than you meant to, playing longer than planned, trying again and again to win back losses, debt, missed bills and borrowing. The American Psychiatric Association’s page sets its own threshold, at least four signs during the past year. The DSM-5 gambling disorder page lists them.

Exclusion through PAGCOR
PAGCOR runs a self-exclusion program with periods of 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, and the first six months are irrevocable. A family program for a spouse, child or parent offers 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. PAGCOR says the order applies across all sites licensed and operated by PAGCOR, and its exclusion page gives the application steps.
