666JILI Contact Page: Reach This Site or Lobby Support
Use this contact 666JILI guide page to pick the right door before you write to anyone. Two parties are involved, and they do different jobs. This site answers for its own pages; the lobby answers for your account.
Contact this site about a page
Send a correction, a broken-link report or a question about a page through the contact route of this site. Name the page by its address and quote the sentence you want checked. The writers read each report against the page and the saved source behind it.
No e-mail address, phone number or chat handle for this site appears on any page. A message that claims to come from this site and asks for a password, a one-time code or money is not from the writers. Delete it and keep your details to yourself.
Which door fits your problem
| Your problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Cannot log in, or the password is forgotten | The lobby: the Forgot Password link on the login panel, then Support |
| A balance, deposit or withdrawal question | The lobby’s Support tab, after login |
| A page here has a wrong detail | This site’s contact route |
| A message asks for your code or money | Stop, then read the scam checker steps |
| Play has stopped being fun | The responsible gaming page |
Reach the lobby’s support
The round headset button floating over the lobby opens a page headed Message center. Its Support tab shows four cards, each with a Contact Now button: the live chat card, the “666JILI Specialist” Telegram card, a Telegram channel card and a Facebook channel card. Pick the live chat card first for an account question.
Where a button leads and who answers depends on the lobby, so read the screen that opens before you type anything. The 666JILI customer service page walks through the common problems one by one.
Before you write to support, collect these four items:
- The phone number your account was registered with, never the password.
- The date and the rough time the problem began.
- The screen you were on and what it said.
- A screenshot of the message.
What this site never asks for
A reader of this site is never asked for a password, a verification code, an ID photo or a payment. The about page explains who writes the pages and why the site holds no accounts. If anything claiming to be this site asks you for one of those, it is not this site.
