2. Open PAGCOR’s own site. Go to pagcor.ph, then Regulatory, then Electronic Gaming. Never use a link a chat message or an ad gave you.
3. Pick the right list. That page links six: the accredited gaming system administrators with their registered brands and domain names, the registered brands and domains of licensed casinos, the accredited gaming affiliates, the accredited support service providers, the licensees for gaming venue operations, and the electronic games PAGCOR’s licensing department approved.
4. Read the heading before the rows. The first list is headed “as of” a date, for example October 8, 2026 on the copy read on 12 October 2026. Its columns run from gaming system administrator and game offering to main brand, sub-brand root words, main domain, sub-domain and additional URL. It ends with a line reading NOTHING FOLLOWS.
5. Search for the brand and the domain separately. A row counts only for the domains written in it. A brand name on its own, or a similar-looking domain, is not a match.
6. Note the date you checked. The lists change, so a result is true for its “as of” date and no later one.

A licence claim has to survive the look-up. These patterns fail it before you search.

666JILI legit or not: telling the lobby from a look-alike

A licence list tells you about domains. It does not tell you whether the tab in front of you is the real lobby, so test the page itself.

1. Start from a known entry. On 12 October 2026, 666jili.com and 666jili.vip forwarded to the lobby, and the address bar then read 666jlvip with a long token on the end. The host behind the forward can change, which is why the entry address matters more than the name that follows.

4. Match the panels. Register opens “Create a game account” and Login opens “Log in to your account”. Both take a +63 phone number, not a username.
5. Treat the ending as noise. An address with the ending ph, org, com.ph, bet, app, co, top, blog, net or a digit after the name was not the lobby’s address as read on 12 October 2026. “666JILI net” and “666JILI ph” are only the names readers type. Any other ending proves nothing either way, so run the same checks.
