The PAGCOR regulatory section is where the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation publishes the records you need to test a gaming site before you register: dated lists of accredited administrators, registered brands, domain names and licensed casinos. A banner, a badge or a chat message can say anything, but a PAGCOR list can be searched in about two minutes. Everything below teaches that check, with the list titles and dates exactly as PAGCOR prints them.
What the PAGCOR regulatory section publishes
The section’s home page opens with a short About Us panel, then the mission and vision, then a block of quick links. Those quick links are the map of the whole section.
| Quick link | What you find behind it |
|---|---|
| Licensed Casinos | The registered brands and domain names of licensed casinos |
| Electronic Gaming Licensing | Application kits, schedule of fees and the accreditation lists |
| Remote Operations and Ancillary Services | Regulations, announcements and lists of licensees and cancelled licensees |
| Responsible Gaming | PAGCOR’s player-protection pages |
| Poker, Suppliers, Gaming Employment | Pages for those licence types |
| Industry Statistics | Published industry figures |
The page also prints PAGCOR’s corporate office in Pasay City and two telephone numbers, +632 8521-1542 and +632 8522-0299. If a message says it comes from PAGCOR, call a number printed on pagcor.ph, never the number in the message.
The PAGCOR regulatory group behind the lists
PAGCOR’s own About Us text says the Licensing and Regulatory Group and the Internet Gaming Licensing and Regulatory Group were created to serve as its licensing and regulatory units. Online play falls under the second, through the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department. PAGCOR’s page describes that department as its regulatory arm over local gaming operations offering these game offerings:
- Traditional bingo games
- Electronic bingo games
- Electronic (eCasino) games
- Sports betting
- Specialty games
- Online poker games
- Numeric games
PAGCOR says a gaming license is issued for each offering, and that a service provider’s online operation is an adjunct service of a gaming venue. That is why the lists are organised by administrator, brand and domain rather than by a single casino name.
PAGCOR regulation: which list answers which question
Three lists matter to a player, and each answers a different question. The dates are the ones printed in each list’s heading, read on the days shown.
| List title (shortened) | Heading date | Read on | Use it to answer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs | October 8, 2026 | 12 October 2026 | Is this brand and this domain registered under an accredited administrator? |
| Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos | October 8, 2026 | 11 October 2026 | Is this brand and domain printed for a licensed casino? |
| Accredited Gaming Affiliates | August 27, 2026 | 11 October 2026 | Is this affiliate or content provider accredited? |
The remote operations page adds its own heading, “List of licensees/accredited entities as of August 4, 2026”, with separate lists of cancelled licensees. Read the cancelled lists too: a name can be on record and no longer valid.
How to check a gaming site yourself
Work through these steps in order, and stop at the first one that fails.
- Open pagcor.ph by typing it yourself, then go to Regulatory and Electronic Gaming Licensing.
- Open the list by its full title and read the as-of date in the heading.
- Search the brand name. A brand entry lists a main brand (a maximum of 1), a root word and sub brands (a maximum of 6).
- Search the exact domain, character by character, against the main domain, sub-domain and additional URL columns.
- Compare the address in your browser bar with the row. A brand being listed does not extend to a domain the row does not print.
The full walk-through, with the columns explained, is on the PAGCOR accredited online casino list look-up. For the address half of the check on this lobby, the 666JILI com and its forwarding addresses and the page on how a 666JILI link forwards show what your address bar should read.
Lists are reissued, so date every check
You saved a screenshot of a PAGCOR list last month and use it to judge a site today.
Open the list again and read the heading date. PAGCOR printed these same lists with a September 17, 2026 date, then reissued them with October 8, 2026. A snapshot older than the current edition can miss a new entry or keep a cancelled one.
A site shows a PAGCOR badge, certificate or seal and says that settles it.
Treat the image as a claim. PAGCOR has posted a notice to the public about counterfeit PAGCOR certificates, and it runs a security seals verification page. Verify there, then match the brand and domain on the list.
PAGCOR also launched a site called PAGCOR Guarantee in June 2025, at pagcorguarantee.ph, which it describes as a regularly updated list of licensed internet gaming platforms. It is a second place to search, and a useful cross-check against the lists above.
Where the money side is supervised
PAGCOR’s lists cover gaming brands and domains. They do not cover the bank or e-wallet you pay from. That side is supervised by the Bangko Sentral, and its directories work differently, so the page on BSP regulated wallets and banks explains where they are and what they print.
What to read after the look-up
A list check tells you about the name and the domain. It does not tell you whether the message that brought you there was honest, so finish with these pages in this order.
- The scam checker for links lists the checks you can run on any address before you open it.
- The QR code scam red flags page covers payment codes sent by strangers.
- Is 666JILI legit, list by list applies the same look-up to this brand and its addresses.
- Game providers and their records profiles the five studios covered on this site.
- Responsible gaming and the 21+ rule sets out the age line and the limits to choose before you play.
When you are ready to see how a lobby is laid out, the 666JILI casino screens to match page maps what you will meet.
FAQ
What is the PAGCOR regulatory section?
It is the part of the PAGCOR website that carries the licensing and regulatory pages: Licensed Casinos, Electronic Gaming Licensing, Remote Operations and Ancillary Services, Poker, Suppliers, Gaming Employment and Industry Statistics. The lists you use to check a gaming site sit on the Electronic Gaming Licensing page.
Does PAGCOR publish a list of online casino websites I can search?
Yes. PAGCOR publishes a list of accredited gaming system administrators with their registered brands and domain names, and a second list of the registered brands and domain names of licensed casinos. Both print an as-of date in their headings, so read the date before you read the rows.
How do I know the list I am reading is current?
Read the heading. PAGCOR's lists carry an as-of date, and the same lists were printed with a September 17, 2026 date before the October 8, 2026 edition appeared. Open the list fresh each time you check, and never rely on an old screenshot.
What does it mean if a brand or domain is missing from a list?
It means the list of that date does not print it. A list is a snapshot, so the next step is to check the exact domain spelling, then the other PAGCOR lists, and to stop before you pay or share ID if the site still cannot be matched.
Is a PAGCOR seal on a site proof that it is on the list?
No. PAGCOR has published a notice to the public about counterfeit PAGCOR certificates, so an image on a page proves nothing by itself. Match the brand and domain against PAGCOR's own list instead, and use PAGCOR's security seal verification page for a seal.
Is 666JILI legit ba, and does this page answer it?
This page does not rule on any brand. It teaches the look-up so you can test a licence claim yourself, and the is 666JILI legit page applies the same steps to the brand name and its addresses.
