666JILI JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

JILI the studio is covered here; operators that host it are not. Public regulator records and the company’s own material are the two sources behind everything below.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

Studios that tend to get mistaken for JILI

Often mixed up with TaDa Gaming, as several aggregators call the two sister brands with shared ownership and credit TaDa, not JILI, with titles such as Fortune Gems Industry commentary, not JILI’s own site, is where this originates, so it is shown as a conflation and not as a statement about who owns what. An unlicensed entity that stopped operating in January 2024, the ‘Jili777’ brand was a different business and has nothing to do with this studio.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 6 JILI titles: Mega Fishing, Fortune Gems 3, Golden Empire, Dragon Treasure, Mega Ace, Boxing King.

Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Royal Fishing and Golden Empire head the list of titles JILI showcases on pages it controls. This is the studio doing promotion for the games in its own catalogue. The list stays quiet on casino availability and on which entries get a page here.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

Return-to-player figures are not something JILI puts on its own game pages. Third-party aggregation lies behind every RTP you see elsewhere for its titles, and the aggregators contradict one another. This site does not quote one.

Not one JILI game page carries an RTP figure. All fourteen title pages on jiligames.com were opened, and none of them includes an RTP field. You will find no aggregator figures repeated on this page, given that they still list values up to two points apart for the same title.

This matters more than it sounds. A source decides how far an RTP number can be trusted, and a figure that circulates among comparison sites without any primary source behind it proves nothing.

Licences the studio holds

JILI appears in the record with this licence: PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). Two different licences are in play: a studio holds one for making the games, an operator holds one for running the casino, and a player seeking recourse goes to the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — You will find JILI titles in the list of approved electronic games kept by PAGCOR EGLD. JILI holds no PAGCOR operator licence; what this covers is approval of the game content for operators that PAGCOR licenses.

JILI in the Philippine market

With PAGCOR EGLD-approved game content, it also operates a marketing site aimed at the Philippines. JILI holds no PAGCOR operator licence itself, according to legal commentary, so a site that carries JILI games stands on its own operator’s licence, not on JILI’s name.
